Installation:
Before installation, Check voltage, power and other parameters carefully and make installation preparations arrordingly to layout circuit.1. organize firstly supporting spare parts and accessories.2. do shut off power before installation.3. the loading capacity of the ceiling fixed item where the lamp is installed should be the same as the lamp weight.4. do power-on test to make sure the lamp can be lighted.5. make sure the lamp is installed firmly, turn on the light finally.

1. Can I have a sample order for light?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
2. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 10-15days for order quantity

A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available
4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. Secondly,
during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.(
